Tallulah Chaplain

Clinical Trials Coordinator

I am the Clinical Trials Coordinator for EndoNET (including Trans-EndoNET) and DISCUS. EndoNET is a prospective, Phase-III, multicentre randomised controlled trial, evaluating the effectiveness of neo-adjuvant endocrine treatment (hormone therapy prior to surgery) in post-menopausal women with early breast cancer. DISCUS is a randomised controlled trial for Traumatic Spinal Cord Injury (TSCI). The aim of DISCUS is to investigate whether the addition of duroplasty to the standard intervention of laminectomy can help to improve patient outcomes after TSCI.

Before joining SITU, I completed a degree in Neuroscience at the University of Bristol. Since completing my degree I have worked as a Data Researcher analysing health and social care markets, followed by working as a Clinical Trials Coordinator for the PREVAIL Trial.

In my spare time I love to hang out with my friends and family, and explore new places!
