In support of World Menopause Month this October, you are invited to attend an awareness-raising workshop on the menopause and how it affects colleagues, students and others in our lives. This will be held online, on Wednesday 12 October (12:30 – 13:30). Click here to register.

What does it have to do with me?

Talking about menopause is still a taboo in the workplace, and its potential impacts are still not widely understood. Over the Bloody Moon logo But being able to spot the signs early, and know how and where to seek support, leads to better outcomes for the person directly impacted. The session will get us thinking about how we can be better managers and colleagues, developing our empathy and learning about menopause support. The workshop will cover:
