“Precision guided surgery for brain tumours: Applicability for other cancer sites?”


James Livermore gained a CRUK Clinical Research Training Fellowship and completed his DPhil in 2018 under Professor Olaf Ansorge, Mr Puneet Plaha and Professor Claire Vallance working closely with industry collaborators, Renishaw plc. to develop clinical applications of Raman spectroscopy and fluorescence spectrometry in glioma surgery and neuropathology. He is currently an ST7 in neurosurgery in Oxford, working under the mentorship of Mr Plaha, Consultant Neuro oncology Surgeon.
