- The COPE Consortium Research Group
COPE Project Manager
I have worked on the "COPE - Consortium for Organ Preservation in Europe" project as Project Manager since February 2014.
COPE is an EU-funded project to research through three clinical trials and two experimental programmes the best preservation methods for organs between donation and re-implantation. Within COPE, I coordinate the partner activities, am in charge of the financial and content-related reports towards the EU Commission, monitor the COPE budget, support the research team with all administrative and contractual aspects and create communication and dissemination materials.
Before COPE, I coordinated the INTERREG IVC cooperation project "Brain Flow" in Germany and also worked as a free-lance consultant on EU funding opportunities for municipalities and schools. I studied European Studies, Roman Languages and Business Administration in Germany with internships in Spain, the USA and Belgium.
