Is your research relevant to improving health systems around the world?

Oxford Health Systems Collaboration and the Medical and Social Sciences Divisions would like to invite you to Crossing Boundaries 3 – a conference to showcase Oxford’s multidisciplinary research informing health system strengthening in low and middle income countries.

Cross-divisional research collaborations

With the aim to promote a collaborative approach to global health systems research, talks will range from Biomedical Engineering to Primary Care and Organisational Research. Areas of work include technologies, task shifting, interdisciplinary research methods, antimicrobial resistance, mental health and governance. There will also be opportunities to meet with experts across these fields.

How to submit an abstract for a poster at Crossing Boundaries 3, 7 December.

New deadline for abstracts is 8 November 2017. Email them to: tara.clarke@ndm.ox.ac.uk

Master and DPhil students as well as early-career researchers are encouraged to submit a poster abstract on their research which is relevant to improving health or healthcare delivery in low and middle income countries.

We are eager to receive abstracts from any discipline focused on the health system rather than testing efficacy of a new therapeutic intervention.

Successful abstracts will get their registration fee refunded, will present their poster in a rapid fire plenary oral session and again during a traditional walk-through poster session. In the latter session they will receive feedback from leading experts in the field.

The best poster will be selected for a prize.

Abstracts should be no more than 250 words and emailed to tara.clarke@ndm.ox.ac.uk by Wednesday 8 November 2017.
