The Cancer Research UK funded Tumour Evolution and Cell Identity Laboratory study the intersection between intestinal cancer evolution and stem cell biology.
Located in the Department of Oncology, Old Road Campus Research Building, we use human organoid biology, gene editing, next generation sequencing and bioinformatics to better understand the impacts of clonal heterogeneity, the stroma and immune composition on cell identity and behaviour.
