Medical Sciences Division DPhil Day
Research
Friday, 20 July 2018
Tingewick Hall, John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford
The Medical Sciences Division DPhil Day is an annual symposium showcasing the research carried out by students in the Medical Sciences Division.
This is an excellent opportunity to share your work and practice your presentation skills to an audience of your peers. Prizes will be awarded for the best posters and short talks.
Our keynote speaker is Kevin Marsh, a Professor of Tropical Medicine at the University of Oxford and senior advisor at the African Academy of Sciences. He has a particular interest in research capacity and scientific leadership in Africa.
We also have exhibitions from the careers service and industry. The event includes lunch and coffee during the poster sessions. We will end with wine, nibbles and networking.
