Biography

David Schuster 2Dr David Schuster is board certified in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. He joined Emory University in Atlanta, USA, in 2001 where he is an Associate Professor in Radiology and Imaging Sciences and Director of the Division of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.

Dr Schuster’s research focus concerns projects involving molecular and nuclear imaging, with a special emphasis on positron emission tomography with novel radiotracers for cancer diagnosis and staging.

 

 

The lecture will be chaired by Professor Freddie Hamdy, Head of Department at the Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences. 

All members of the University and NHS clinical staff are welcome.
