Biography

Shvaita RalhanShvaita Ralhan trained in Geriatrics and General Internal Medicine in London and developed a specialist interest in perioperative care of older adults.

She now works as a Consultant Physician in Geratology and Perioperative Medicine at the John Radcliffe Hospital. Shvaita is the secretary of the perioperative care special interest group for the British Geriatrics Society.

She is passionate about clinical education, has published a book on medical teaching skills for doctors, completed a masters in clinical education and is author for the older persons module for the UCL Perioperative Care Master's Programme.
