The MACRO Programme Launch Event
Defining Best Management for Adults with Chronic Rhinosinusitis
Research
Thursday, 03 November 2016, 1.30pm to 5pm
Congress Centre, 28 Great Russell Street, London
MACRO Chief Investigators Claire Hopkins and Carl Philpott invite you to the launch of the MACRO Programme of Research, a seven-year research programme to define the best management for adults with chronic rhinosinusitis.
Funded by the National Institute of Health Research, this programme aims to provide high quality evidence to establish best practice for the management of this common sinus disease. The large multidisciplinary MACRO research team have come together to tackle the disease from many different aspects – across primary and secondary care, and from a clinical, economic and patient perspective.
The launch event will include talks from invited speakers who will take you on the journey of a patient with chronic rhinosinusitis, and a panel discussion with the MACRO research team to explain the programme of research. The event will be rounded off with drinks and canapés.
