HR team celebrates award nomination success

Congratulations to HR Administrative Officer, Claire Wheeler, and HR Manager, Lisa Bjork, who were both nominated and shortlisted for a 2024 University of Oxford Apprenticeship Award.

Claire was nominated in the ‘Intermediate & Advanced Apprentice Award’ category and Lisa was nominated in the category ‘Apprenticeship Manager’. They were both finalists in their category.

The awards evening took place on Wednesday 11 December at the Museum of Natural History in Oxford. This year, there were an incredible 101 nominations.

Claire said: ‘Whilst we didn’t win, it was an honour to be nominated. Lisa has been such a great support for me throughout my apprenticeship and I’m so grateful and proud to work with such amazing people in the Business Administration Unit.’
