EPIC

The EPIC prostate tumour tissue project is a pilot study of prostate tumour sample retrieval, processing and assaying in the EPIC cohort. The aim is to assess the feasibility of tumour tissue collection, processing and assaying in EPIC-Oxford, to generate preliminary data and to inform the design of a protocol for future work on a larger scale.  Our in house MiP capture panel will be used to sequence these cases.
