Research Coordinator

In my role as the Research Coordinator, I support, coordinate and facilitate uro-oncology research activities across the Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences, led by Professors Hamdy and Mills. 

I have a DPhil from St Catherine’s College, Oxford University and my postdoctoral work focused on using microscopy and imagining techniques in plant, fungal and oncological research at ULB, Brussels and Oxford University.

I have extensive experience in research contracts negotiations and sponsorship review and research governance training.

I am the Clinical Trial Manager of the CRUK funded ProMOTE IR800 IAB2M (Stage 2) evaluation which tests new imaging techniques in high-risk prostate cancer patients and is supported by SITU NDS.

I provide governance support to QUANTUM Biobank which aim is to study the biology of urological cancers and aid design of novel therapies.

I also work closely with Professors Simon Buczacki and Krina Zondervan and assist with management and reporting for the Biomedical Research Centre Surgical Innovation and Evaluation (SITE) Theme.
