Senior Bioinformatician

I am currently working on Cancer Research UK funded COMBATcancer studies, of colorectal cancer and prostate cancer. We are working to generate new single cell cancer spatial transcriptomic datasets, using clinical samples. I am interested in using machine learning to find new insights into these tumours.

I studied for computational biology at Imperial College for my PhD, and as a postdoc at UCL. I was involved in human genome projects at the Sanger Institute, and since then I have been researching cancer at Imperial College and Cancer Research UK.
