I support Professor Rutger Ploeg and Professor James Hunter in the management of the Quality in Organ Donation (QUOD) Biobank and the Transplant Research Group. My role focuses on leading our strategic and organisational development, ensuring effective financial and portfolio management, and driving performance and change management across our programmes. I work to align our operational priorities with our long-term goals, enabling the team to deliver high-impact research and sustainable growth.
