Biography
Dr Clémentine Le Magnen is leading the laboratory for Translational Genitourinary Cancer Research (TGCR), a joined venture between the Department of Urology and the Institute of Pathology at the University Hospital Basel. Dr Le Magnen and her team are committed to refining our understanding of urological cancers such as prostate cancer and bladder cancer, in an effort to improve management and intervention of these diseases. The research in Dr Le Magnen’s team particularly focuses on the generation of patient-derived models as a tool to study mechanisms driving cancer progression and treatment resistance.
