Climate x Health Lunch: Healthcare System Sustainability

Following the Strategic Horizons in Climate x Health Research forum in March, a number of next steps to build on the conversations that began there are being taken forward. As one of these actions, colleagues working in the relevant space are bringing together researchers working on sustainability of the healthcare sector and mitigation of health system environmental and climate impacts for a lunch event. The aim of this lunch is to create space for an open, informal discussion around potential shared projects and proposals. Now that we have a clearer sense of funders’ priorities and the emerging opportunities in this space, we hope this will be a useful moment to explore more concrete ideas and connections at this intersection of research fields.
