I am responsible for the organisation of surgical teaching for medical students which takes place in Years 4 & 6 of the degree programme. I arrange all compulsory teaching, and the assignment of students to the various surgical firms, as well as the MLA lectures and the surgical aspect of the sixth year Second BM Finals exam.

I assist with the smooth running of the 4th (1st year clinical) and 6th year (2nd year clinical) course as well as arranging the Basics in Medical Education course (BMEC), the Senior Faculty Development Day (SFDD) and the Year 6 Revision Course, which takes place prior to the students sitting their 2nd BM Examination.
