The Oxford University Global Surgery Group is the forum for all those interested in the provision of surgical, obstetric and anaesthetic services in Low and Middle Income Countries, both the expert and the enthusiastic novice.

  • Miss Sarah Tucker, Plastic surgeon will be speaking on her experience of working in Nepal.
  • Dr Douglas Wilkinson, Anaesthetist, will be talking on Delivering Trauma Care in Low and Middle Income Countries.

There will be an update on the work of the group.

The venue will either be in Osler House (if the building work has been completed) or in a seminar room on the Academic Corridor in John Radcliffe Hospital.

Refreshments will be provided.
