Biographies

Satheesh Prabhu

Mr Satheesh Prabhu is a Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial/Head & Neck Surgeon at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Honorary Consultant at Royal Berkshire Hospital. He has sub specialty interests in Head & Neck Cancer and Oro-Facial Reconstruction. 

  

Mr Kunmi Fasanmade

Mr Kunmi Fasanmade qualified as a doctor in 2002 at Guy's, King's and St Thomas' Hospitals. He undertook his five-year specialist surgical training on the South West Deanery where he built up an extensive surgical portfolio in head and neck surgery. Kunmi became an oral and maxillofacial consultant at the Oxford University Hospitals Trust in 2010, with a special interest in head and neck cancer. 

Kunmi has also held the post of clinical lead in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Buckinghamshire Hospital, a post which he held for two and a half years, charting the course for the Department through the crisis of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

The Chief Medical Officer has confirmed that attendance at the Surgical Grand Rounds can count toward internal CPD, with 1 point awarded per hour. Please note that in-person attendance is required, and you will need to sign the attendance register.
