A host of free activities to boost your wellbeing

University Mental Health Day is organised by Student Minds and University Mental Health Advisers Network.

This year's theme is human connection.

The Nuffield Department of Surgical Sciences (NDS) is excited to offer a series of wellbeing activities at both the John Radcliffe Hospital (JR) site and Old Road Campus Research Building (ORCRB) throughout the day.

All NDS staff and students are welcome. From yoga to crafts, there's something for everyone.
