This study looks at the surgeon assessment of the degree of nerve sparing (Tewari grading) on each of the right and left postero lateral aspects of the prostate and correlates with pathologist assessment of the number of ganglion cells present by nNOS staining.  We will set up a work flow to analysis the number of ganglion cells present by image analysis rather than manual pathologist counting as has been utilised in the one previous study.
