BSc, MRes

Research Support Assistant

I support the Oxford Radcliffe Biobank by ensuring the tissue and blood samples are able to be used for research. I prep and scan slides and help collect preserved tissue samples for distribution to ethically approved research projects, the majority of which happen across the university, however, we also work with researchers all over the world.

My background is actually in the sociology of sport. I wrote my Masters thesis on the effects of masculinity on men's behaviours in sport. I am originally from The New Forest, however, I've been living in Oxford for four years. I enjoy baking, knitting and reading as well as travelling and trying new cuisines.
