Visiting Clinical Research Fellow
After attaining a medical degree from King’s College London in 2023, I completed my Foundation Training in the Oxford deanery. My previous roles include Anatomy Demonstrator at King’s College London.
I joined Professor Regent Lee’s lab in 2024 as an honorary researcher working on development of a retrospective imaging and surgical outcomes data set for VASCUL-AID, an international consortium investigating patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) with the aim of developing AI-based algorithms for predictive modelling of AAA growth rates and rupture risk.
I progressed to the post of Clinical Research Fellow in 2025 and was the site coordinator at Oxford University Hospitals for the UK Metformin Aneurysm Trial (UKMAT). UKMAT is an international randomised controlled trial investigating metformin as a medical therapy for slowing AAA growth rates.
My work currently involves patient recruitment, trial data management, and local site coordination with Leicester University and international research partners.
