World Mental Health Day 2024
Thursday, 10 October 2024, 10am to 3pm
The World Health Organisation recognises World Mental Health Day on October 10th every year. This year's theme is "workplace mental health."
The Department of Oncology is hosting a series of events in the Old Road Campus Research Building (ORCRB). This initiative is led by the department's Mental Health First Aiders and endorsed by the Department of Oncology Athena Swan Committee.
The event will be an opportunity for students and staff to engage in mental health-promoting activities (like yoga), crafting, and connect with learn divisional peer supporters and mental health first aiders (for a full list, see the bottom of this page).
No booking is required, all are welcome.
