Master's Student

I have recently graduated from Harvard College in the U.S. with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences, where my undergraduate thesis involved engineering a TCR-T cell therapy for treatment of paediatric Ewing Sarcoma under the supervision of Dr. Ulrike Gerdemann. My current research focuses on developing a CAR-TReg for prevention of kidney transplant rejection.

I am currently a first year MRes student within TRIG headed by Professors Fadi Issa and Joanna Hester. My research is focused on developing a two-part IF-THEN CAR-TReg for treatment of early kidney transplant rejection. The CAR-TReg will first localize itself to the kidneys and then will activate in the presence of rejection markers.
