Running the London Marathon in support of Pancreatic Cancer UK
Keaton Jones, NIHR Academic Clinical Lecturer, tells us why he is running the London Marathon on Sunday 27 April in support of Pancreatic Cancer UK.

I feel privileged to be running the London Marathon 2025 in support of Pancreatic Cancer UK. As a pancreatic surgeon and researcher based in Oxford, I see first-hand the devastating impact of pancreatic cancer. My work in the laboratory focuses on improving our understanding of how pancreatic cancer is so resistant to treatments, and developing innovative treatments to give patients hope for a better future.
Your support can help fund vital research and support for those affected by this challenging disease. My team has directly benefited from PCUK support which has translated into meaningful research developments. Together, we can make a difference. Please donate generously to help turn the tide against pancreatic cancer. Thank you for your support!
